The Lifeboat Enthusiasts' Society brings together those with a keen interest in lifeboats and the lifeboat service, existing to support the RNLI and provide an interchange of information between the RNLI and members on the many different aspects of lifeboats, past, present and future. Founded over 40 years ago, the Society has a flourishing membership whose interests include the history of the service, modern technical developments, lifeboat postcard collecting, lifeboat modelling and photographic records - indeed anything connected with lifeboats. The website has been newly put together and we are still working on a lot of the content. However feel free to use the links above to find out more about us and how to join. |
